Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and authorized to act for any organization whose account you use. By creating an account, clicking acceptance, purchasing, accessing credentials, or using R4FNF, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect all credentials and devices, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for people, software, bots, contractors, or customers to whom you provide access.

R4FNF provides limited, revocable access to proxy connectivity, management tools, generated credential lists, testing tools, software, and support. Access is licensed, not sold. Plans may be limited by bandwidth, time, capacity, geography, target availability, protocol, concurrency, or inventory.

We may use network, hosting, payment, communications, and fulfillment providers. We may modify routing, endpoints, credentials, inventory, features, or providers to maintain security, quality, compliance, or availability. You receive no ownership interest in an IP address, route, account, software, or credential.

You may use R4FNF only for lawful purposes and only where you have permission. You are solely responsible for understanding and following laws, contracts, website rules, platform terms, and third-party rights that apply to your activity.

You may not use or facilitate use of R4FNF to:

• access accounts, systems, networks, devices, or data without authorization;
• commit fraud, payment abuse, identity theft, credential stuffing, phishing, impersonation, account takeover, or evasion of security controls;
• distribute malware, spam, denial-of-service traffic, destructive automation, or abusive scanning;
• harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, discriminate, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other rights;
• buy, sell, traffic, or access unlawful goods, services, content, or data;
• scrape, automate, or transact where prohibited by applicable law or where you lack required authorization;
• conceal criminal conduct, evade sanctions or export controls, interfere with investigations, or falsify headers or identity information;
• resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, probe, bypass, or overload R4FNF except under a written agreement signed by R4AI LLC; or
• use a target after it or R4AI LLC has directed you to stop.

We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests, limit traffic, rotate or revoke credentials, suspend or terminate access, and report conduct when reasonably necessary. These rights do not create a duty to monitor every request.

Prices, plan limits, discounts, and availability shown at checkout control the purchase. Taxes may be added through Stripe. You authorize the presented one-time charge and represent that you may use the payment method. You are responsible for chargebacks, reversals, taxes, and fees caused by inaccurate information or unauthorized use.

Unless a checkout expressly states otherwise, plans do not auto-renew. Bandwidth, time, and allocations can expire and may not roll over. ISP renewal is available only while a plan remains eligible; expired allocations may require a new purchase. Sales are final once credentials, bandwidth, software access, or dedicated inventory is delivered, except where law requires a refund or we expressly approve one. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for an approved availability claim.

R4AI LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for target websites, retailers, carriers, Discord, Apple, Stripe, automation tools, or other third parties unless stated in writing. Their names may identify compatibility or user-selected destinations only. Third-party terms and decisions remain their own.

We do not guarantee that any target will accept a connection, account, transaction, bot, request, or IP. Targets may block, rate-limit, fingerprint, challenge, cancel, or change systems at any time. You bear the risk of target-site actions, account loss, canceled orders, missed releases, bans, delays, price changes, or business interruption.

Proxy, API, session, and download credentials are confidential. Do not publish or transfer them. We may rotate or revoke credentials after suspected exposure or abuse. You are responsible for securing generated lists, exports, clipboard contents, devices, and third-party tools. You must not test credentials you do not own or submit secrets to support unless we specifically request them through an approved channel.

We may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate access for suspected misuse, security risk, nonpayment, chargeback, legal demand, provider restriction, material breach, or conduct that risks R4AI LLC, users, infrastructure, or third parties. We may also discontinue a product or the service with reasonable notice when practicable. You may stop using the service or delete an eligible customer account. Sections that by nature should survive will survive, including payment, acceptable use, records, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and intellectual property.

R4AI LLC and its licensors own R4FNF software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and service technology. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the service for your internal lawful purposes during an active plan. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of your confidential information through feedback.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R4FNF IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” R4AI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, anonymous, undetectable, or successful service; any particular exit IP, ASN, carrier, geography, latency, throughput, compatibility, or result; or that data, credentials, or inventory will never be lost, changed, blocked, exposed, or unavailable. No support statement creates a warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R4AI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, PURCHASES, ACCOUNTS, OR BUSINESS; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO R4FNF WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID R4AI LLC FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limits apply regardless of theory and to failures by networks, suppliers, targets, software, security systems, or force-majeure events. They do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. Some jurisdictions may give you nonwaivable rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R4AI LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers from claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your content, traffic, purchases, automation, target-site activity, breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, misuse of credentials, or use by anyone you authorize. We may control the defense and settlement; you may not settle a claim imposing liability or admissions on an indemnified party without written consent.

Before filing a claim, send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief to support@r4fnf.io. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days.

Except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for temporary injunctive relief concerning security, misuse, or intellectual property, any dispute arising from these Terms or R4FNF will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the applicable consumer or commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association. Hearings may occur remotely or in a reasonably accessible location. R4AI LLC will pay fees it is required to pay by law or rule. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available in court.

YOU AND R4AI LLC WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT COMBINE CLAIMS WITHOUT ALL PARTIES’ CONSENT.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@r4fnf.io within 30 days after first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account email, and a clear request to opt out. Opting out affects arbitration only. If arbitration or the class waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court with jurisdiction where R4AI LLC is organized, and each party consents to that forum. Applicable law is the law of the state where R4AI LLC is organized, excluding conflict rules, subject to nonwaivable law.

We may update these Terms for security, legal, operational, or product changes. Material changes will be posted and may require renewed clickwrap acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. The version accepted by your account is recorded.

You may not assign these Terms without written consent. R4AI LLC may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder remains effective. These Terms, checkout terms, and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about R4FNF and supersede prior discussions.
