Privacy Policy

R4AI LLC operates R4FNF. In this policy, “R4FNF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to R4AI LLC. This policy applies to r4fnf.io, the R4FNF user and administrative dashboards, R4FNF mobile applications, R4ID, R4AIO, support channels, and related services that link to this policy.

Depending on how you use R4FNF, we may collect:

• Account information: name, username, email address, Discord username or identifier, encrypted password credentials, account role, preferences, referral or affiliate attribution, and application responses such as the tools and release types you use.
• Purchase and service information:products, orders, invoices, discounts, rewards, subscription or plan status, bandwidth usage, expiration dates, assigned proxy credentials, and service history.
• Payment and tax information: Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, billing location, tax status, and limited payment details supplied by Stripe. Stripe processes full payment-card details; R4FNF does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
• Support and communications: support tickets, messages, replies, notification preferences, and records needed to resolve service issues or prevent abuse.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser or app version, operating system, request times, security events, session records, download events, and diagnostic or server-log information.
• Proxy Tester information: proxy host, port, authentication credentials, selected target URL, connection results, latency, and the network location returned through the tested proxy. Tester inputs are processed to run the requested test and are not intended to become a persistent tester-history profile.
• Connected-service information: when you connect Discord, we receive information allowed by your authorization, such as your Discord account identifier and role or server-membership information needed to verify eligibility and administer benefits.

We also receive information when an administrator creates or manages an account on a user’s behalf, when an affiliate refers a user, or when a service provider returns fulfillment, payment, or delivery results.

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, approve, secure, and administer accounts.
• Provide proxy access, generate credentials, fulfill purchases, track usage, and deliver software.
• Calculate prices, discounts, taxes, rewards, referrals, and affiliate commissions.
• Connect Discord, verify roles, assign eligible roles, and apply account benefits.
• Run user-requested proxy tests and return connection and routing results.
• Send transactional, security, support, expiration, and opted-in marketing communications.
• Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our products and customer experience.
• Comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

The website uses cookies and similar storage needed for authentication, security, account sessions, preferences, and referral or affiliate attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to:

• Infrastructure and operations providers,including hosting, database, email, security, and communications providers.
• Stripe, for payments, customer records, fraud prevention, tax calculation, and related financial services.
• Discord, when you choose to connect an account or when role and membership information is needed to provide an eligible feature.
• Proxy and network service suppliers,as needed to provision, maintain, meter, renew, or troubleshoot the products you purchase.
• IP information and target services,when you request a Proxy Tester check. The tested target and IP-information provider receive a request routed through the submitted proxy.
• Apple and app-distribution providers,when you download, test, or use a distributed application. Their handling of your App Store or TestFlight information is governed by their own policies.
• Authorities or other parties, when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the integrity of the service.

We may disclose information in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The R4FNF mobile app communicates with R4FNF servers to authenticate your account and provide the same plans, credentials, orders, support, Discord connection, testing, and administrative features available through the website. Refresh credentials are stored in the device Keychain. Private dashboard responses are kept in memory and cleared when you sign out or switch accounts.

Saved Mixer batches are encrypted in the app sandbox using a key stored in the device Keychain. Clipboard and share-sheet exports occur only when you request them; destination apps control copies you choose to share. The app does not use advertising identifiers or request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

If you enable app notifications, we associate an Apple push token and an app-installation identifier with your signed-in account. We send the token and notification content to Apple to deliver announcements, availability updates, and offers. You can turn these notifications off in the app or in iPhone Settings. Delivery records help us troubleshoot failures and prevent duplicate sends.

R4ID stores its workspace and vault locally on your computer. Vault contents, including saved credentials and payment details, are encrypted with your passphrase and are not synced to R4FNF. R4FNF may still receive account-verification and download activity needed to provide access and understand product adoption.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. Retention varies by record type. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained after account closure when required or permitted by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted network transport, password hashing, access controls, short-lived access credentials, secure device storage, and restricted administrative permissions. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

You can:

• Update profile and notification preferences from account settings.
• Disconnect or decline to connect optional services such as Discord.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information.
• Request account deletion by emailing support@r4fnf.io from the account email address.
• Opt out of marketing email while continuing to receive necessary account, security, billing, and service messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To submit a request, email support@r4fnf.io. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or legitimate business records.

R4FNF and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your location. Where required, we use appropriate legal and contractual safeguards.

R4FNF is intended for business and commercial users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. We may provide additional notice when a change is material.
